More than happy with my deal with The Grid. Meta Portal was listed as used but it is in excellent condition and it came with the box and original accessories as described. Lucky enough to snag it at a great bid price too. Packaging is superb and well protected. Shipping price is amazingly low for an item this big. You may have to wait a few days for the item to ship but it’s well worth it. I inquired about the shipping and they answered promptly to my satisfaction. Recommended pro seller AAA++++

Item is complete and 100% as described. Shipping was reasonable and item packaged well and arrived 100% intact though-out the shipping process. My 3 star rating for shipping charges in no way reflects upon the seller (who I would purchase from again) but the involuntary expense involved.The 3 Star rating for seller communication is due to the fact that I did not contact the seller outside the simple transaction. I am sure the seller would communicate well if the need arose. A 3 Star rating = 0!
