Fighting Multiple Sclerosis With A Minifridge
I've had this fridge for about a month, and it works great. I bought it with a specific purpose in mind and with a specific amount of storage needed. This fulfills both of my needs and really changed my life for the better. I broke down everything there is about it into 3 main categories: Rating, Purpose, and Pros/Cons. Rating and reason for star knockdown: I give this mini fridge a 4.5 out of 5 (rounded down to 4). It came in great shape, no dents or issues that I saw in most complaints, but I also had it delivered directly from the store to the 2nd floor bedroom where it now lives. The 0.5 star markdown I gave it is due to a minor issue with the bottom of the freezer where the cooling coil likes to pop up a bit. It still cools properly and although it looks like the drawer wont close properly, it does, especially once you've closed the door. So there are no physical issues with this product, just one minor gripe about it not being "perfect". Purpose of this minifridge: This minifridge was bought for a bedroom in order to store cool drinks and ice packs in close proximity to my bed as I have MS (Multiple Sclerosis) and cannot regulate my own temperature well. As a result I overheat often, and going downstairs to obtain ice packs and cool beverages often makes it worse rather than better. Having the cool items practically at my fingertips has been a gamechanger in my daily life. I intend to store water and sodas in the fridge, with ice packs and otter pops in the freezer. I do not have a ice vest yet however so I have a decent amount of ice cream in the section intended for the ice vest. I do not intend to store any perishables in the refrigerator section, and aside from some ice cream the same holds true for the freezer. This is in part because of the items I plan to store within it on a regular basis and in part to cover for the potential of it breaking, or power outages, etc. Pros and Cons: Pros: - It has lots of space, quite a bit more than I was expecting which made me extremely happy since I can hold more beverages in it. I usually store about 24 (16.9 fl oz) water bottles, 4 mini cranberry juice (10 fl oz) bottles, 12 (12 fl oz) sprite cans, 11 (12 fl oz) coke cans, and a fridge-n-freezer box of baking soda inside the refrigerator section. I have not used the drawer at all and I have all of the top section of the door itself empty expect for the baking soda box. At current (as shown in the picture) I replaced some water for some gatorade and a large cranberry juice due to the heat outside. Usually I have water there, so take that into account when looking at the number of water bottles I generally store. I have no restocked the coke cans recently, but I have noticed that I can comfortably fit 24 cans of soda on that row, not 24. - It barely makes a sound aside from the first 10-40 seconds of startup. In fact it is so quiet I thought it broke, only to realize it is simply quiet outside of the initial startup. - It doesn't warm up my bedroom, which already gets hot from a gaming PC (more on this in the cons). Cons: - You will get a little frost buildup in the back of the refrigerator, but this isn't really that bad. Just be mindful of how often and how long you open either the fridge or freezer and it will not be an issue at all. If anything, it is there because that is the area where the cold air from the freezer comes in. - The bottom drawer of the freezer is hard to get stuff out of if you have it completely full or if you have big items in it unless you pull it completely out. For me this isn't much of a con since I made a habit of taking the drawers out if it is going to take me more than 5-10 seconds to grab an item. This helps prevent frost buildup in the long run. - There is no light in the freezer, but it isn't really that necessary unless you plan to open and close it frequently. If you plan to do this I urge you to get a proper full sized fridge/freezer unit. - The sides of the unit get warm every so often as it cools items or continues to keep the items cooled off. This is normal, and unless you have it close to walls you shouldn't notice a difference in your room temperature at all. I personally keep about 3 inches on the left, 2.5-3 on the right side, and 7 inches on the backside from the surrounding walls and objects. This negated the heat issue I have seen other people have with any minifridge. - If you or someone else accidently leaves either the fridge or freezer open you are likely to get frost buildup and a huge influx of heat into your minifridge. This happened to me recently, and it created some frost. I believe I caught it fairly quickly but was not home at the time it was left open. It is important to be careful with closing it all of the way. End result: Overall I love this minifridge, and it is very much fulfilling its intended purpose in making my life with a debilitating health condition much easier. BUT it works because I took my needs into account just as much as the capacity and capabilities of this specific minifridge. When deciding to buy this product you should consider how often you plan to open it, what you want to store, and why this size rather than a larger or smaller unit. Those will be key in how well it works for you. If I had room for a second one, I would consider getting one just for snacks but alas I only have room for the 1.

Best Buy FTW
My wife and I love the new fridge it’s definitely a quality upgrade from the normal small ice box we had in our room. It’s super light weight too and has so much space. I love how the freezer is on the bottom it will make it so much easier and less messy when it’s time to defrost it. Plus I encourage you to become a Best Buy plus total membership ($180 a year) which sounds like a lot but it covered apple care for my apple products I bought this year ( air pod pro max, 2 6th gen iPad minis for our kids and I upgraded from my iPad Pro 11 in to the new 12 in pro ) and what surprised me was even the ice box is covered all for two years plus you get extra discounts on different items, free shipping and discount with geek squad… I’m updating all my apple products from them now for sure lol if they sold groceries I’d be there every day. The apple care alone sold me now I gotta buy the wife a iPad mini too so I’ll be back soon. Thank you Best Buy and crew! Side note my wife regrets rushing to buy her iPad from target for the points although she won’t actually say it out loud around me lol Best Buy FTW!

Perfect for RV fifth wheelers
It's actually really quiet really nice a little smaller than what it appears to be in a picture but I do like that the freezers in the bottom so one of my favorite parts but for a fifth wheeler it's actually perfect. If you're a drinker and drink beer this might not be the right size for you it'll probably hose to 16 oz six packs or you can buy cold cuts then will be perfect. I put it in my fifth wheeler and build a frame around it it actually looks like it comes with the fifth wheeler
