This is an 18 inch Empire Stacked Aged Oak Gas Log by White Mountain Hearth. The set is vent free and requires no vent or chimney. Most gas log sets have a defined burn patter making them look unnatural but with the slope glaze burner we offer you will get the most realistic burn pattern offered today. The flame is never the same like a real wood fire would be because it is always dancing around. The stacked aged oak logs have been redesigned to look real and that was done by taking actual wood and creating a mold to come up with the design. The controls are also hidden so that you do not see knobs and switches in the front. This log set comes set up with a remote ready valve so you can add a remote control if you choose.
