Argentine inspired Parrilla Grill with side Brasero

A Parrilla is a fantastic way to show off your grilling and asado skills. Build your log fire and reduce to burning coals under the cooking grate. Or, just use lump charcoal and add wood chunks or whole logs. Either way is an amazing and unique way to grill, asado or barbecue. The textures, taste and of course the display are superior.

A Backyard Showpiece

The cooking rack height adjustment uses our ingenious ratchet and cog design. You can select either the 3/8" solid stainless steel cooking grate or the Argentine V-shape cooking grate and achieve awesome grilling results. The structure is made from 10ga. steel and is powder coated with a high temperature coating.

Overall size is 24" deep x 39" wide and 39" tall. It's sized just right for a whole log fire. The cooking grate can be lowered to 3.5" from the bottom for grilling with charcoal.

Plus, by getting this grill with the stainless 3/8" cooking grate, you can then add the Argentine insert and convert this grill into an Argentinean grilling experience.

This item requires two 7/16" wrenches, one 1/2" wrench, and 30 minutes of time to assemble.

Masonry structure shown in pictures is not included and is intended for demonstration purposes only.

Masonry Install

The ideas for building this grill into a masonry structure seem to be endless. But a simple installation is making a well 24.25" x 33.25" x 4" deep and setting the grill into that well. The steel base should be lined with firebrick. If the well you're building will be greater than 4" deep, the width of the well should be increased to 35.5". Outside of that, check the galleries here for ideas or come up with your own unique plan.
