Our goal is to provide you with the highest quality goalkeeper gloves and soccer goalie training shirts. We understand, however, that there may be instances when you need to return or exchange a product. To ensure a seamless experience for our valued customers worldwide, we have established this internationally agreeable Return and Exchange Policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

• Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any shipping fees incurred.
• Size Exchange: If you've ordered the wrong size, you may exchange your product. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process. The item must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return and exchange.

2. Returns and Exchanges Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

• Contact our Customer Support Team at support@atlasgoalkeeping.com within the specified timeframe, explaining the reason for your request and providing your order number.
• Our Customer Support Team will guide you through the return or exchange process, providing you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the product(s).
• Ensure that the product(s) you're returning are in their original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
• Securely package the item(s) and include the RAN on the shipping label or within the package. Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our Customer Support Team.
• Once we receive the returned product(s) and verify their condition, we will process your request promptly.

3. Refunds

• Refunds for defective or damaged products will be issued in the original form of payment or via the payment method used for the purchase. Refunds will include the full product price, including shipping fees incurred.
• Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

4. Exclusions

• We cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been used, washed, altered, or are not in their original condition.

5. International Customers

• International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs fees or taxes associated with the return.
• We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of your product(s).
